The Honorable Pettigrew Snavely, Mayor of Marshmallowville

Pettigrew Snavely has never been a popular figure in Marshmallowville, but his sneaky and conniving ways have managed to keep in the town's highest office. He considers himself quite important, and prefers to be referred to as "His Eminence." A rival of Thaddeus Fluffernutter since boyhood, he has been trying to seize control of the town's marshmallow operation for years. Naturally, both his position and rotten demeanor made him an easy target for the Marshans, and now he is more obsessed with his desires than ever before. He alone knows of the M-Force's existence on the outskirts of town, and attempts to thwart them at every turn while keeping the town in the dark about the realities of what is really in the swamp. It was he who arranged the scandalous fall of Johnny Marshmallow, but he has yet to accomplish his true desire; to force an end to marshmallow production forever, and convert all the marshmallow manufacturing plants to Brussels Sprout Farms.
